"Thank you for giving me back my life! Thanks to your analysis and dietary recommendations I no longer suffer from debilitating headaches or fatigue. For me my new found health is a really BIG deal. You have made a huge difference in the quality of my life. I am exercising on a regular basis and have a lot more energy and stamina to work in my garden, take care of my house and even have a social life. I no longer spend my lunch hour napping on the couch in the women's restroom at work anymore! I didn't realize how much of life I was missing out on, or how sick I really was til I discovered you."

Dr. Mary Frazel is passionate about sharing her extensive knowledge and expertise of naturopathic medicine. She has been in practice for over 25 years and has seen how her approach has been beneficial to many of her patients health challenges. She continues to be in awe of healing transformations that naturopathic medicine has given to her patients and family.

Her friendly, warm, and compassionate "bedside manner" allows her patients to feel at ease and comfortable talking with her about their health concerns. She cares about her patients very deeply and explores all aspects of their health including mind, body and spirit.
Dr. Mary enjoys working with patients of all ages from infants to seniors. She has extensive training in pediatrics and is motivated to help children with their health concerns, so they can have tools as they grow into healthy adults. She strives to create long-term supportive relationships with the families and individuals she treats. Her goal is to help uncover any physical, mental or nutritional stressor that is a roadblock to full health.
Initial visits are about 90 minutes in length and include a very thorough intake about primary health concerns, diet, sleep patterns, exercise habits and mental/emotional components as well as a physical exam. Dr. Frazel may order appropriate lab tests to further assess health concerns. She will then make an individual and specific holistic treatment plan.
"I envision my family practice as part of creating a healthier planet, which starts with supporting healthy people and families." Dr. Frazel's family consists of her husband and two beautiful and healthy daughters. She is grateful that her family and her practice are located amongst the beauty of the northwest where the healing power of nature is apparent all around.
